Team Purpose
The I&P Communication "team" is only me Ella Hufnagel focussing on internal communication and being part of the communication community within TAKKT.
We are taking care of all internal aspects of communication – ad‑hoc as well as planned intranet articles and further formats such as townhalls.
- Tasks
- Select interesting topics for the TAKKT intranet page
- Reach out to employees (topic experts) for collaboration
- Write articles based on discussions with experts
- Add pictures and texts to create engaging content
- Confirm the content with experts and other responsible parties
- Support activities like the biggest success/bravest mistake process and post‑planning content
- You will learn
- How to create and manage intranet content
- Develop communication and writing skills
- Gain insights into internal communication strategies
- Work with Share Point and Power Point to create engaging content
- Learn about project management and event coordination
Your Profile
- English skills (company language is English)
- Basic technical knowledge in Power Point and Share Point
- Strong interest in writing articles and engaging with employees
- Ability to identify interesting topics within the organization
- Proactive and open to learning new communication tools
