Associate Chief of Staff (m/f/d)

Du wirst im CEO-Office der Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft fungieren und direkt mit dem Chief of Staff und dem CEO zusammenarbeiten.

Deine Verantwortungsbereiche und Tätigkeiten:

• Unterstützung des CoS und CEO im Tagesgeschäft
• Vorantreiben der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens, beispielsweise durch Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Produktideen oder Vertriebsinitiativen
• Relationship Management zum strategischen Partner Commerzbank, Aufbau weiterer Partnerschaften
• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung bereichsübergreifender Projekte mit Senior Management Relevanz

Deine Qualifikationen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (oder ähnlicher Schwerpunkt, idealerweise internationale Komponente)
• 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung (Beratung, Banking, oder Stabstellenfunktion in einem internationalen Unternehmen, o.ä.)
• Organisationsstärke, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität, sowie Hands-on-Mentalität und Integrität
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
