Product Structuring Manager (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities
- Structuring and implementation of acquisition strategies for all real asset products relating to real asset projects (renewables and real estate projects (residential and commercial))
- Support the development and implementation of funds and solutions for individual mandates for institutional investors, particularly in the field of real assets (e.g. wind, solar, and hydroelectric power, real estate), taking into account the requirements of our international investor base and the applicable tax regulations and laws
- Further optimisation of the asset financial models relating to all structuring topics
- Process management in close cooperation with investment managers, tax, legal, and finance departments and other internal and external stakeholders
- Execution of market and competitor analysis with regard to the various real asset classes and potential investor groups
- Direct reporting to the Team Head Asset Structuring
Your qualifications
- Graduate in economics, law, or similar
- Solid knowledge of tax and/or investment law, and qualification as a tax adviser is an advantage
- 3-5 years of professional experience at a fund management company, bank, leading law firm, or consultancy
- Open, flexible, resilient personality
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- The ability to work in a team, take initiative, and an outstanding ability to learn
- Willingness to take responsibility for projects
- High-quality standards and strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
