Job Description
Solution Design and Implementation :
- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and technical requirements.
- Drive the implementation of M365 best practices, particularly regarding Governance, Compliance, and Security.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural blueprints and documentation for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration and management of Azure Entra within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Ensure secure and efficient access management, identity governance, and compliance processes.
- Continuously monitor and optimize Azure Entra performance, governance, and security frameworks.
Message Center Management :
- Proactively manage and monitor the Microsoft 365 Message Center to stay informed about product and feature updates.
- Communicate relevant changes and updates to stakeholders and ensure timely and effective implementation of new features.
- Develop strategies to leverage new M365 features and enhancements, aiming to improve productivity and overall user experience.
Technical Leadership :
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the IT team and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to elevate the team’s knowledge and technical skills.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by adopting Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in M365 solutions.
Support and Troubleshooting :
- Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with Microsoft support and other third-party vendors as needed to address issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely and effective manner to minimize disruption.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 products such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Proven experience in identity and access management, security, and compliance within Microsoft environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
