Your responsibilities:
- 360 Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial mandate through to placement. Act as a trusted advisor for both your candidates and clients across Legal or Compliance.
- Client Relationships: Build and strengthen long-term client partnerships. Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and offer tailored, consultative recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Source, assess, and guide highly specialized Legal & Compliance professionals throughout the process.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about regulatory developments, market trends, and industry dynamics to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter - ideally in Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, or other professional services markets.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and CRM systems.
- A proactive, commercial, and results-oriented mindset.
- As we operate in an international environment, strong English skills are essential.
