We're looking for a Tech Lead with a demonstrated track record of helping customers realize their strategic data and analytics plans. You'll use your expertise to mentor others and provide hands‑on support.

Responsibilities

About the role

• Plan and design solutions for customers, focusing on long-term sustainability.
• Lead the implementation of pilots and new initiatives.
• Guide data teams through the entire lifecycle of a project, from build and deployment to operations.
• Advise key stakeholders, including enterprise architects and IT executives.
• Drive technical thought leadership and innovation within the team and for our customers.
• Architect strategic roadmaps without having all the answers upfront.
• Debug the most complex challenges, including those related to organizations and processes.

Qualifications

• You have over 8 years of experience in software development, problem-solving, and consulting, with a strong focus on rolling out new technology and solutions.
• You have proven experience with big data technologies, tools, and programming languages.
• You have a track record of building and operating cloud data platforms.
• You have experience with various types of analytics, including business intelligence, machine learning, and GenAI.
• You have very strong influencing abilities and a positive mindset.
• You are an innovative thinker, and your co‑workers naturally seek you out for inspiration and direction.
• You are highly proficient in spoken and written English, with a willingness to learn Dutch and/or French.
