We are looking for a freelance Device Support Specialist for a 6-12 month project (high likelihood of extension) to support an innovative healthcare technology project across Germany.
Responsibilities
- Train patients and caregivers on the use of a portable medical device
- Provide in-person and remote support to ensure correct usage
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Conduct follow-up visits and collect device usage data
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and the project team
Background
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, biomedical support, or clinical training
- Strong patient-facing communication skills
- Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting
- Able to work independently in a field-based role
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
Location: Germany (regional travel required)
