Primary Responsibilities
- Provide user support and resolve common desktop-related issues encountered during user operations.
- Assist in writing and updating desktop operation and maintenance documentation to ensure its accuracy.
- Collaborate with other IT teams on tasks related to desktop equipment.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (or overseas equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in desktop equipment operation and maintenance, with familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Desktop-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are preferred.
- Familiarity with fundamental desktop equipment operation, maintenance, and management techniques.
- Proficiency in basic desktop equipment performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong ability to execute security policies and assist in ensuring the security of desktop equipment.
- Competency in documentation, with the ability to assist in writing and maintaining desktop operation and maintenance documents.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, capable of conducting technical communication and documentation.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese or the official language of the office location (e.g., Malay, Thai, Spanish, German), capable of conducting technical communication and documentation.
