Your Role:

• Practice Build & Offering Development – Help define and build a focused SAP Enterprise Architecture & AI practice with clear, sellable services.
• Client Advisory & Architecture Leadership – Lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders across SAP S/4HANA, cloud, integration, data, and BTP topics.
• Hands-on Delivery Support – Contribute directly to lighthouse cases, architecture reviews, advisory engagements, and pilot services.
• Asset Creation & Pre-sales – Develop reusable methods, assets, and pre-sales support that create short-term internal value and external market traction.
• Team & Delivery Model Development – Support the gradual build-out of a Germany-plus-Poland model for scalable, margin-conscious delivery.

What you bring:

• 10 + years (strong) experience in Enterprise Architecture, ideally within SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, cloud, integration, and transformation environments.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on level, with a clear bias towards building, contributing, and making things work in practice.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the credibility to advise senior stakeholders and help shape early customer engagements.
• Experience creating services, offers, assets, or go-to-market structures within consulting or transformation environments.
• Fluent German and English.
