Senior IT Project Manager
Take ownership of aligning the IT strategy with the business objectives, ensuring that technology initiatives directly support operational and strategic goals.
Acting as a central interface between business stakeholders and IT, you will define the technology roadmap and drive its successful execution.
- Own and align the IT strategy with the business objectives
- Define, maintain, and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant solutions
- Establish a structured approach to prioritisation, ensuring clarity and consistent delivery against the roadmap
- Act as the central interface between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa, bridging business and IT effectively
- Drive selected IT initiatives and projects end to end, from concept through implementation
- Oversee the overall system and application landscape, including software lifecycle considerations
- Define and track KPIs to ensure transparency around IT performance, risks, and delivery progress
- Regularly report on IT performance and roadmap status to relevant stakeholders
- ProfileStrong background in IT Project Management, roadmapping, and delivery
- Proven ability to work across business and IT functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, outcome driven mindset with experience in complex IT landscapes
- Fluent German language
