If you are as comfortable filming a trending TikTok as you are negotiating influencer marketing deals while keeping track of everything in a spreadsheet, we want to hear from you.•What You’ll Be Doing\\*### Social Media Strategy & Creation•Content Calendar: Plan and schedule a consistent content calendar aligned with company milestones, promotions, and general trends.•Creative Writing: Brainstorm and write engaging posts in English (German is a plus) that maintain a recognizable brand voice.•On-Camera Presence: Act as a brand ambassador by filming \"face\" video content (Reels/TikToks) to humanize Bloom Stories.•Trend Analysis: Actively track trending formats, audio, and narratives to adapt our strategy without direct copying.•Optimization: Read and interpret basic analytics to constantly refine content based on what \"wins\" in the market.•Influencer Relations & Growth\\*•Campaign Planning: Develop evergreen and specific campaigns to push key company moments and drive user growth.•Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively find new influencers via platforms like Instagram and TikTok (manually and using tools like Modash) and handle the initial pitch.•Negotiation: Negotiate deals and provide clear briefs to ensure creators deliver high-quality, on-brand content.•Performance Tracking: Maintain spreadsheets to track booking status, payments, and ROI to decide on future re-bookings.•What We’re Looking For\\*•Social Native: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and community cultures.•Content Creator: Comfortable being on camera and skilled at storytelling through short-form video.•Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at a spreadsheet or an insights dashboard and understand \\_why\\_ a campaign succeeded or failed.•Strong Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English and German.
