What you will do
- Review leads and investigate malicious activities, focusing on violent and terrorist-related threats.
- Develop proactive abuse signals and tracking strategies to detect harmful behavior.
- Support an on-call rotation for rapid threat triaging and mitigation during urgent escalations.
- Identify operational workflow improvements to expedite risk mitigation.
- Communicate investigation findings to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine data and tooling based on investigative insights.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in counterterrorism, threat actor assessment, or high-risk case investigation.
- Deep expertise in identifying and mitigating violent attacks and extremist behavior.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for conducting technical investigations.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
Must be able to work PST hours and handle sensitive content, including violent or disturbing material.
- At least 2 years of experience developing automated approaches to investigative workflows.
