What you will do
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for customer stakeholders and project teams.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and prioritization from concept to release.
- Track resource allocation, expenditures, and project schedules against contractual commitments.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans while improving development pipelines and workflows.
- Facilitate communication between internal/external resources to resolve roadblocks and ensure project goals are met.
- Contribute to department processes and best practices while managing bug assignment and resolution progress.
Requirements
Must have shipped at least two video game titles, with at least one from inception to launch.
At least 3 years of experience in a software development Producer or Project Manager role.
- Deep understanding of the game development process across all disciplines.
- Financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Expertise in project management software, including Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
- Must be capable of working within a hybrid and fast-paced development environment.
- Nice to have
- Strong interest in the gaming industry and creating high-quality interactive experiences.
- Experience with Live Operations in a production capacity.
