What you will do
- Collaborate with leads and directors to manage production of game features with partner studios.
- Drive production for AAA console pods, ensuring end-to-end delivery of gameplay systems and content.
- Define sprint goals, scope, and resource plans while managing cross-team dependencies.
- Provide data-driven reporting on project status, risks, and milestone health to leadership.
- Lead scope management and scenario planning to balance quality and fixed release windows.
- Manage external partners and internal workflows to ensure technical and quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of game production experience, with 3+ years at a senior level.
- Proven ability to ship at least one AAA multi-platform title end-to-end.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ developers throughout full cycles.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and aligning teams around shared priorities.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
