The Role<\/b>
<\/p>

We're looking for an ambitious sales professional with around two to three years of B2B technology sales experience who is eager to build a successful career in cloud solutions. You'll manage your own customer portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and guide customers through their cloud journey.
<\/p>

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and closing deals, while continuously developing their technical knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies.

What You'll Do<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of mid sized businesses, IT partners and resellers.
    <\/li>
  • Build long term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
    <\/li>
  • Advise IT decision makers on Microsoft 365, Azure, security solutions and the most suitable CSP licensing model.
    <\/li>
  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution discussions through proposal, negotiation and closing.
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with the Presales and Engineering teams to design solutions for more technical customer requirements.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and customer activity within the CRM system.
    <\/li>
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft's cloud portfolio and continuously develop your technical and commercial knowledge.

    What We're Looking For<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Around 2 to 3 years of experience selling IT or cloud solutions.
      <\/li>
    • An IT related degree or equivalent commercial experience.
      <\/li>
    • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, with exposure to Azure or Microsoft Security solutions being an advantage.
      <\/li>
    • Understanding of subscription based business models such as SaaS, CSP, MRR or ARR.
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
      <\/li>
    • A proactive, self driven and commercially minded approach.
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable working towards sales targets and motivated by performance based commission.
      <\/li>
    • Fluent German and good English communication skills.
      <\/li><\/ul>
