The Role

We are looking for a Technology Portfolio Manager to help shape and expand Quality Hosting's technology ecosystem.

In this role, you will identify new market opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies and build strategic partnerships with software vendors and technology providers that complement Quality Hosting's Microsoft cloud portfolio.

You will work closely with our CEO and teams across product, sales, support and engineering to bring new solutions from initial evaluation through partnership agreements, internal enablement and successful customer adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial skills and technical curiosity and who enjoys building partnerships that create long-term business value.

• Your Responsibilities
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and technology developments to identify opportunities for expanding Quality Hosting's cloud offering.
• Identify and evaluate technology partners and software vendors (ISVs) whose solutions complement Microsoft 365, Azure and related cloud services.
• Assess potential partners based on technical fit, customer value and commercial opportunity.
• Lead initial partner discussions together with the CEO and manage the relationship throughout the evaluation process.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms and distribution models through to contract signing.
• Own the introduction of new solutions into Quality Hosting's portfolio, including technical alignment, commercial setup, internal enablement and go-to-market activities.
• Work closely with sales, support and engineering teams to ensure new solutions are successfully adopted.
• Develop strategic relationships with technology partners and measure the business impact of each partnership.
• Act as the central point of contact between Quality Hosting and external technology partners.
• What We Are Looking For
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, partner management, product management or a similar role.
• Experience working with technology vendors, software providers or ISVs, ideally within the IT or cloud ecosystem.
• Experience evaluating new technologies and translating market opportunities into business opportunities.
• Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP and partner programs.
• Strong commercial skills, including experience with negotiations and contract discussions.
• Ability to quickly understand technical products and assess their relevance for customers and business strategy.
• Strategic mindset with a structured and independent approach to work.
• Business fluent German and good English skills.
