This partnership supports QualityHosting's next phase of growth, including expanding its cloud ecosystem, strengthening AI capabilities and accelerating growth across Europe.<\/span><\/p>Headquartered in Gelnhausen with an office in Frankfurt am Main, QualityHosting combines the stability of an established technology company with the ambition and agility of a growing cloud provider.<\/span><\/p>The Role<\/span><\/h2>We're looking for a Portfolio Expansion Manager (Cloud & Technology Partnerships) to help shape and expand QualityHosting's technology ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>In this role, you will identify new market opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies and build strategic partnerships with software vendors and technology providers that complement QualityHosting's Microsoft cloud portfolio.<\/span><\/p>You will work closely with our CEO and teams across product, sales, support and engineering to bring new solutions from initial evaluation through partnership agreements, internal enablement and successful customer adoption.<\/span><\/p>This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial skills and technical curiosity and who enjoys building partnerships that create long -term business value.<\/span><\/p>Your Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>Analyse market trends, customer needs and technology developments to identify opportunities for expanding QualityHosting's cloud offering.<\/span><\/li>Identify and evaluate technology partners and software vendors (ISVs) whose solutions complement Microsoft 365, Azure and related cloud services.<\/span><\/li>Assess potential partners based on technical fit, customer value and commercial opportunity.<\/span><\/li>Lead initial partner discussions together with the CEO and manage the relationship throughout the evaluation process.<\/span><\/li>Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms and distribution models through to contract signing.<\/span><\/li>Own the introduction of new solutions into QualityHosting's portfolio, including technical alignment, commercial setup, internal enablement and go -to -market activities.<\/span><\/li>Work closely with sales, support and engineering teams to ensure new solutions are successfully adopted.<\/span><\/li>Develop strategic relationships with technology partners and measure the business impact of each partnership.<\/span><\/li>Act as the central point of contact between QualityHosting and external technology partners.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>What We're Looking For<\/span><\/h2>3–5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, partner management, product management or a similar role.<\/span><\/li>Experience working with technology vendors, software providers or ISVs, ideally within the IT, cloud or SaaS ecosystem.<\/span><\/li>Experience evaluating new technologies and translating market opportunities into business opportunities.<\/span><\/li>Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP and partner programs.<\/span><\/li>Strong commercial skills, including experience with negotiations and contract discussions.<\/span><\/li>Ability to quickly understand technical products and assess their relevance for customers and business strategy.<\/span><\/li>Strategic mindset with a structured and independent approach to work.<\/span><\/li>Business fluent German and good English skills.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>What You'll Get<\/span><\/h2>Salary around €85,000 depending on experience.<\/span><\/li>Permanent employment with an established Microsoft cloud provider.<\/span><\/li>Hybrid <\/span><\/span>working with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Direct collaboration with leadership and the opportunity to influence QualityHosting's future technology ecosystem.<\/span><\/li>The chance to identify, build and launch new technology partnerships that create real customer value.<\/span><\/li>€2,000 annual learning budget for certifications, conferences, books or coaching, plus free language courses.<\/span><\/li>Company pension scheme with employer matched contributions.<\/span><\/li>Corporate discounts with brands including Adidas, Apple, Expedia and home24, plus an annual QualityHosting merchandise budget.<\/span><\/li>Flat hierarchies, short decision paths and a collaborative team culture.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Why Join QualityHosting?<\/span><\/h2>This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing Microsoft cloud provider.
