This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Ad Tech professional to shape the technology roadmap, lead a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence across digital campaigns for a portfolio of major automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Ad Tech strategy, infrastructure, and operational delivery across multiple European markets.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Ad Tech and Ad Operations team while optimising resources and workflows.
- Establish best-in-class quality assurance processes to ensure flawless campaign execution across leading Ad Tech platforms.
- Develop strategic partnerships with media owners and technology vendors, negotiating commercial agreements that maximise campaign value.
- Collaborate with media, data, client, and agency teams to drive innovation, governance, and digital maturity.
- What You\'ll Bring
- Extensive experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Technology, including leadership responsibility.
- Deep knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, Meta, data governance, and digital verification technologies.
- Proven experience implementing operational frameworks, quality assurance, and scalable Ad Tech processes.
- Fluent English with the ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to senior stakeholders.
