/p pWe are supporting a strongleading international technology and engineering organisation /strong in the Basel region that develops sophisticated digital, software and hardware solutions used across industrial environments worldwide. /p pThey are looking for a strongTechnical Complaint Manager /strong to take ownership of customer complaints from initial investigation through to sustainable resolution. /p pSitting at the intersection of strongQuality, Software Hardware Development, Service Support and Product Management /strong, you will make sure technical problems are not simply closed, but properly investigated, understood and prevented from recurring. /p pThis is a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who combines a strongQuality Management mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills /strong. /p p strong What You will Be Doing /strong /p p Take strongend-to-end ownership of customer complaints /strong — from initial assessment and investigation through to sustainable resolution. /p p Coordinate complaint investigations across strongDevelopment, Service Support, Product Management and Quality /strong teams. /p p Analyse technical issues involving strongsoftware and hardware products /strong, including bugs, unexpected system behaviour, process gaps and recurring problems. /p p Drive strongroot-cause analysis and corrective actions /strong, ensuring the underlying problem is addressed rather than simply treating the immediate symptom. /p p Apply and promote structured problem-solving methodologies such as strong8D /strong. /p p Manage and coordinate multiple complaint cases while ensuring stakeholders remain accountable and actions continue moving forward. /p p Identify recurring and systemic patterns and translate them into strongproactive product and process improvements /strong. /p p Contribute to strongnon-conformity management, continuous improvement and the ongoing development of complaint-management processes /strong. /p p Provide transparency around complaint status, trends and performance through appropriate strongKPIs and reporting /strong. /p p Influence and coordinate stakeholders across the organisation — strongwithout requiring formal authority /strong. /p p strong What We are Looking For /strong /p pWe are open to candidates across different levels of experience, from strong developing professionals through to more experienced specialists. /p pIdeally, you will bring: /p p A background in strongQuality Management /strong, gained through either your education or professional experience. /p p Experience involving strongcustomer complaints, complaint management, non-conformities, technical support, audits and/or continuous improvement /strong. /p p Exposure to strongsoftware and/or hardware products /strong, with an understanding of how technical problems are investigated and resolved. /p p Familiarity with structured problem-solving and root-cause methodologies such as strong8D, RCA and corrective actions /strong. /p p Degree or equivalent background in strongEngineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, Business Administration /strong or a related discipline. /p p Quality or auditor certifications would be advantageous, but are strongnot essential /strong. /p p Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to solving problems. /p p The ability to coordinate different teams and personalities, challenge constructively and keep investigations moving towards resolution. /p p strongGerman around B2 level or above /strong, ideally already being used regularly within a professional environment. /p p Strong strongEnglish /strong communication skills. /p p strong Who Will Thrive Here?
