Chief Human Resources Officer

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Human Resources team
• Define and implement their long-term HR strategy
• Manage and enhance HR policies, processes, and structures to support business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to executive leadership on all HR-related matters
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
• Develop and promote a positive workplace culture that fosters engagement, diversity, and employee well-being
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at national and international levels

Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field, with additional professional qualifications (e.g., MAS, MBA, or equivalent)
• Extensive leadership experience in HR, ideally in a senior management role
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• High level of intercultural competence and emotional intelligence
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in the aviation or aerospace sector is a plus
• Willingness to be based in the region of Chur
