Collaborate with developers, hardware engineers, and project managers to understand requirements and report findings. Conduct functional and non-functional testing for software interacting with hardware components Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts tailored to embedded systems Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and validate fixes Analyze logs and technical data to troubleshoot integration issues Participate in regression, performance, and compatibility testing Contribute to automation frameworks and scripts for repetitive testing scenarios Document test results and manage defect tracking through tools like JIRA or Bugzilla Your Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, ideally with embedded or hardware-specific systems Strong understanding of testing methodologies and hardware-software integration Familiarity with defect tracking tools and automation platforms (e.g., Selenium, Appium) Programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent certification is a plus You are able to communicate fluently in English and have minimum C1 level of German (written as well as spoken) Compelling reasons to join our client\'s company
