We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a member of the senior leadership team within a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, discretion, and variety in their day-to-day work.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to a senior executive
- Manage calendars, organize internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Organize and track deadlines, priorities, and confidential files
- Support event planning, project follow-up, and internal communications
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive’s office
- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or C-level support role
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Mastery of office tools (MS Office Suite, Outlook, Zoom, etc.)
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and sense of initiative
- Fluent in English (C2) is mandatory
