We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to oversee cross-functional testing and end-to-end scenarios for a large-scale SAP S/4 programme. In this role, you will act as a key link between various organisational units, driving efficient test preparation and execution while ensuring seamless coordination across all involved teams.

You will be responsible for integrating superusers into final testing phases and aligning specialist teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Additionally, you will take ownership of test data management, test automation, and shift-left testing strategies , continuously working to improve testing maturity within your area of responsibility.

As part of a broader testing governance team, you will contribute to defining best practices, ensuring strong stakeholder management, and optimising test planning in a complex, multi-team environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test management for SAP S/4 projects
• At least 5 years as a Senior Test Manager in large-scale projects/programmes
• Extensive practical experience in agile testing methodologies
• Strong analytical skills, structured working approach, and quick comprehension
• Confident, persuasive communicator with leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Background in project management
• University degree in business administration, business informatics, or computer science
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams , and test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager Testsuite, Xray-for-JIRA, qTest

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4
• Hands-on experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development approaches (Shift-Left, TDD, ATDD )
• Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility
• Several years of experience working in multicultural environments
• Familiarity with test automation and test data management tools
• Additional language skills are a plus
