Darmstadt | Unbefristet | Vollzeit | Hybrides Arbeiten möglich

Deine Aufgaben
️ Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden SAP HCM-/S/4HANA-Lösungen, insbesondere in den Modulen PA, PY, PT
️ Technische Schnittstellenverantwortung zu weiteren HR-Systemen (z.B. Guidecom HR Suite)
️ Mitwirkung in übergreifenden HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten
️ Beratung des HR-Fachbereichs bei technischen Anforderungen und Weiterentwicklungen
Dein Profil
️ Fundierte Erfahrung im SAP HCM Customizing (PA, PY, PT) sowie gute Kenntnisse im Regel- und Schemenwerk
️ Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld
️ Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
️ Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und HR
