About the Opportunity

We are currently building a talent pool of German-speaking Customer Service Specialists for upcoming remote projects, including opportunities within the online travel and vacation rental industry.

Selected candidates will be considered for future training groups and project launches. High-performing talents may be offered long-term collaboration opportunities and access to additional projects within our global ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, case management)
  • Support customers with inquiries such as bookings, modifications, and general assistance
  • Provide professional and empathetic communication, especially in escalations
  • Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and resolution
  • Stay updated on processes, tools, and platform changes

Requirements

  • Professional-level German (C2)
  • Good level of English for internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce
  • Experience in technical or platform support
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools

Technical Requirements

  • Stable internet connection (LAN preferred)
  • Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum)
  • Minimum 8GB RAM
  • Wired USB headset
