YOUR ROLE

As our Founders’ Associate Intern, you’ll work directly with our founding team on a broad range of strategic and hands-on topics. You’ll be exposed to all key growth levers — from marketing and product to partnerships and business development — and get to work across departments, making it the perfect role for an ambitious all-rounder who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and make things happen.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support strategic growth initiatives — research and evaluate new channels, markets, and business models
• Work on go-to-market strategies for new products and launches
• Assist with CRM, marketplaces, and paid media (e.g. Meta ads, influencer campaigns, TikTok, etc.)
• Identify and reach out to potential business partners for collaborations and retail opportunities
• Help coordinate internal projects and cross-functional teams to keep things moving
• Contribute to performance tracking, reporting, and insight generation to support decision-making
• Take initiative — spot gaps, suggest ideas, and own projects from start to finish

WHAT YOU BRING

• You’re currently studying or recently graduated in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• You have a previous experience in a startup, VC, consulting or investment banking
• You’re entrepreneurial, curious, and motivated to learn quickly
• You love working across topics — from creative marketing to business models and customer data
• You’re structured, analytical, and know how to break down problems and execute
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
