ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Chief of Staff you\’ll act as the “right hand” of our founders in the day-to-day management of the company. You provide the necessary information to make effective decisions, and you\’re responsible to prioritize and execute strategic projects.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Lead and drive cross-departmental strategic projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals and vision
- Work closely with our founders and act as an integrator and communicator across the organization
- Enable senior management and their teams to focus on their functional expertise by aligning goals, creating transparency, and ensuring smooth communication through the implementation and monitoring of OKRs
- Build lasting relationships with stakeholders across the company. Keep an ear to the pulse of the organization and its needs, ensuring the flow of information both bottom-up and top-down.
- Work closely with all departments, especially Finance, to provide necessary information for effective strategic decisions
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through to successful execution
- Use an analytical approach to simplify problems and serve as a sparring partner for senior management in strategic and operational questions
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or as a management consultant at a top-tier consultancy
- Extensive experience in managing strategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Highly analytical, numbers-driven, and hands-on, with the ability to persuade people through empathetic and people-oriented communication
- Problem solver with a can-do mentality and a highly structured and organized working method.
- Passionate about joining our mission and being part of an exciting growth phase
- Fully proficient in English; German fluency is a big plus
