Our customers operate across a wide range of industries, including offshore, energy, construction & general industry.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) to cover the northern half of Germany. This is a newly created position, which will let us serve our customers in Northern Germany even more directly & personally.
We are looking for someone who sees winning new customers as the core of the role, enjoys building new business relationships & wants to actively develop the sales territory.
You will work from home, manage your territory independently & benefit from short decision-making paths.
Your responsibilities
- Territory management: You independently manage existing customers in your Northern Germany territory & develop these accounts strategically.
- New business development: You actively drive growth to strengthen Talurit’s market position.
- Technical consultancy: You guide the sales process, from needs analysis & quotation through to closing.
- Market development: You monitor market trends, prepare sales analyses & contribute to budget planning.
- Customer contact: You visit customers on site regularly (approx. 50% travel).
Your profile
- Experience selling technical, consultative products, ideally in an industrial B2B environment.
- A completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, or a relevant degree.
- Technical understanding & a genuine interest in advising customers.
- An independent, structured way of working, with a strong customer & results focus.
- Good to very good English.
- Confident with MS Office, CRM & ERP systems.
