Build and maintain end-to-end processes across product, development, QA, and support Own and optimize workflows in Jira (and everything around it) Track, structure, and control bug management across teams Ensure transparency and predictability of delivery Set up and enforce processes for releases, QA cycles, and task tracking Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them Bring consistency to how teams plan, execute, and report Your role in the team
You make sure nothing gets lost, forgotten, or ignored You are the person who: notices when something breaks in the process fixes it and makes sure it doesn’t break again What we expect
Strong experience with Jira (advanced level) Understanding of product development lifecycle Experience working with engineering and QA teams Ability to structure messy environments Attention to detail and strong follow-through Confidence to push teams to follow processes What makes you a great fit
