About the Role We are looking for a Logistics Accountant to take full ownership of warehouse accounting, logistics cost verification, and cost structure analysis for production. A key priority in the first months will be reconstructing cost calculations for the past two years and gathering all necessary documentation for this period. The role requires expertise in logistics accounting systems such as Xero or Notion and a deep understanding of customs, transportation, and storage costs. Key Responsibilities Reconstruct cost calculations for the past two years , ensuring accuracy in logistics expenses. Collect and organize missing financial and warehouse documentation from previous periods. Verify and reconcile data in logistics systems (Xero, Notion, or similar) and warehouse records. Maintain warehouse accounting and primary documentation . Process and analyze data exports from warehouse systems . Assist in cost calculation for production , including customs clearance, logistics costs, and transfer pricing . Communicate with logistics teams for data verification and reconciliation . Ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements and cost allocation . Requirements Experience in accounting, warehouse accounting, and inventory management. Strong knowledge of goods movement tracking and cost components in logistics (e.g., customs, storage, shipping). Familiarity with Xero or similar systems, Notion. Understanding of transfer pricing principles . Fluent English for communication with international teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
