For our innovation products we are looking for creative employees as IT helpdesk employee (m/f/d).

Tasks/Function:

• Contact person for all employees with IT issues
• Software and hardware installations (server)
• HTML knowledge
• User administration and workstation setup
• Supporting activities in IT projects, together with the IT management
• Support in the management of online live events
• Digitization and documentation of processes
