What You Will Achieve
- Explore New Business Areas : Identify potential companies and suitable contacts.
- Foster Relationships : As the first point of contact for potential customers, build relationships and schedule appointments for product demos.
- Understand Customer Needs : Identify customer requirements and needs, compare them with the service portfolio, and articulate the benefits for the customer.
- Lead Management : Manage leads in their CRM, arrange appointments, organize follow-ups, and track the progress of sales goal achievement.
- Develop Sales Strategies : Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Utilize Tools : Use LinkedIn, the CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence tools to enhance processes.
- Network : Participate in networking events and trade fairs to build relationships and generate leads.
About You
- Relevant professional experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative or in a comparable role.
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques such as cold calling, email prospecting, and social outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales intelligence, and marketing automation.
- Passion for engaging with customers, taking responsibility, and inspiring leads with your enthusiasm.
- Experience dealing with demanding B2B customers and a knack for winning them over.
- Technical affinity and entrepreneurial thinking make you a competent contact person.
- High energy level and initiative, driving you to become the engine for the sales team.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Appreciation for a virtual organization where all employees work from home, as you will perform ~80% of your tasks in the home office.
