service in the Weidblick Restaurant

You ensure our guests get a great start to the day: setting up the buffet, serving, clearing tables, washing up, and resetting.
And when things get busy in the restaurant or at an event, you lend a hand.

WORKING HOURS

Part-time or on a marginal employment basis (GfB), according to the duty roster

Breakfast shifts primarily between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM, including weekends;
additional shifts for events by arrangement

WORK LOCATION

TARGET WORLD is a young brand that combines training, events and conferences with hunting culture, shooting sports, fine food and a rural way of life. At the TARGET WORLD campus in Landscheid, this includes, across 14 hectares in the Eifel region, a hunting school, modern shooting ranges, a store and gun room, a restaurant and lodge, as well as seminars, conferences and events.

Our guests stay at the Hunter's Lodge, hold conferences with us, and dine at the Weidblick Restaurant.
Breakfast is the first impression of the day - and that's why we're looking for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up the breakfast buffet, replenishing it during service, and clearing it away afterward
• Preparing simple breakfast components such as egg dishes, cold cuts, fruit, and baked goods
• Serving and attending to guests in the breakfast and restaurant areas
• Setting, clearing, and preparing tables
• Dishwashing and cleaning tasks in the kitchen and dining area
• Receiving goods, stocking, and inventory control in the breakfast area
• Supporting the kitchen and service team during seminars, conferences, and events
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations

Your Profile

• Experience in kitchen or service is an advantage - career changers are welcome, we will show you everything
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with guests
• Reliability: Breakfast starts on time
• Clean and diligent way of working
• Instruction according to § 43 of the Infection Protection Act - if not already available, we will organize it
• Willingness to work early and weekend shifts
• Good knowledge of German
• Own means of transport; the campus is located outside and no buses run early in the morning
