About the program
The 2-year program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.
You will:
- Gain a deep insight into how the Corporate Functions support and enable the success of the firm
- Be part of the Global program community
- Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments
- Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions

About the Internal Audit division
An independent and proactive risk-based audit function that provides objective assurance, advice and insight through effective communication to enhance and protect the value of the organization.
Internal Audit has over 40 staff located in our five hub locations New York, London, Frankfurt, Hong-Kong and other countries and is responsible for delivering high quality audit reports covering all relevant activities in Europe, the US, UK and Asia. Internal Audit adds value by providing independent and objective assurance to the Management Board and its group companies (“Group”), on the adequacy of the design, effectiveness and efficiency of the risk management system and the systems of internal control.
