Italian‑Speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant
I’m partnering with a leading specialist management consultancy to recruit an Italian‑speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their growing Munich office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑impact international consulting projects, supporting private equity‑backed businesses and their leadership teams through organisational transformation and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic consulting projects for international clients
- Analyse complex organisational and business challenges
- Develop practical, data‑driven recommendations
- Present findings to senior leadership teams
- Lead project workstreams and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Coach and support junior colleagues
Requirements
- 2–6 years’ experience in management or strategy consulting
- Fluent Italian and English (German is beneficial but not essential)
- Strong commercial awareness and structured thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Flexible to travel internationally
