About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spartencontroller Futtermittel / Financial Analyst (m/w/d) to join our team at our Münster location. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and analyzing financial data related to our trading and sales divisions within the animal feed sector. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of controlling and finance, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights effectively to various stakeholders.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a university degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field, with a focus on controlling or finance being advantageous. You should have several years of professional experience in controlling, financial accounting, project management, or a comparable area. A quick grasp of complex issues, excellent analytical capabilities, and a passion for working with numbers are essential. Strong communication and argumentation skills are required to engage with internal and external clients confidently, especially when discussing challenging topics. Proficiency in MS Office applications is mandatory, and familiarity with SAP systems will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze financial data for defined trading and sales divisions within the controlling department, focusing on the animal feed sector.




• Conduct planning discussions, manage cash flow, and perform variance analyses between actuals and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.




• Assist in the development, monitoring, and control of budgets to support operational efficiency and financial stability.




• Identify potential areas for profit improvement, develop actionable strategies, and implement measures to optimize financial results.




• Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.




• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business growth and operational excellence.
