About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Recruiter to join our team at Kanzleihafen. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our candidates, understanding their career aspirations, skills, and preferences. Your main responsibility will be to guide candidates discreetly through the recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement within our partner law firms. You will work closely with both candidates and law firms to ensure a perfect match, leveraging your understanding of the tax industry and your strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping professionals advance their careers in the tax sector. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a relevant educational background, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, particularly within the professional services or tax industry, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with candidates and law firms. You should demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the candidate pool.
• Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
