About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at EOS GmbH. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and implementing 3D printing processes for various industrial applications. Your expertise will help us deliver innovative solutions to our global clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, materials science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in additive manufacturing technologies. As part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and customer support, to drive continuous improvement and technological advancement. Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience with industrial 3D printing technologies such as SLS, DMLS, or SLA is essential. Familiarity with CAD software, process parameter optimization, and post-processing techniques is required. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset are crucial for success in this role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment are also important. Prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting, along with a passion for innovation and sustainability, will be considered advantageous.
