About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team at the Wiesbaden Pharma & Life Science branch. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Your primary focus will be to understand the specific needs of our clients and match them with suitable candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the life sciences industry. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, skills, and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

• Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of the role.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing guidance and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote FERCHAU as an employer of choice within the industry.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market conditions to advise hiring teams effectively.
