Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for an Industrial Environmental Engineer to be based at our office/ our customer’s site in Augsburg The Role: Tata Technologies is looking for an Industrial Environmental Engineer with experience in REACH compliance, chemical risk management, and production environment audits. German fluency is mandatory; aerospace experience is highly desirable. Area of Responsibility Conduct production workplace audits and compliance checks related to REACH regulations. Develop and implement REACH-related risk mitigation measures. Perform measurement, monitoring, and detection of chemical substances in production environments. Manage environmental governance activities, compliance reporting, and documentation. Conduct environmental and chemical risk assessments. Lead and support environmental compliance and improvement projects. Collaborate with production, EHS, and engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Knowledge / Experience Strong knowledge of REACH regulations and chemical compliance requirements. Experience auditing production/workshop environments for environmental compliance. Expertise in chemical measurement, monitoring, and exposure assessment. Risk analysis and risk mitigation experience. Project management skills. Environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, EHS, or related engineering background. Fluent German language skills (mandatory). Preferred Experience Aerospace industry experience. Experience working within manufacturing or industrial production environments. Familiarity with European environmental and chemical regulations.
