Your Responsibilities Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies. Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI. Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email, building long‑term partnerships. Work towards sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Requirements Fluent German (C1 minimum) and proficiency in English. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 6‑12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary:
€24,310 – €30,000 gross per year (based on experience). Sales bonus package:
Up to €3,000 - €4,290 gross per year. Relocation package:
Includes flight ticket, one‑month accommodation, and private health insurance support. Permanent contract & full‑time position:
39h/week, Monday to Friday. Comprehensive training on Google Ads & sales techniques.
