Take user problems from rough ideas to shipped products, writing briefs, designing flows, prototyping, and getting products in front of users with minimal handoffs Compress research, synthesis, and specification writing using AI tools, judging when to trust, edit, or reject their output Structure ambiguous problems, decide what should be built, make trade-offs, and turn ideas into products users can trust Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on AI product work, translating AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and outputs into clear product decisions Work effectively in hybrid human-AI teams and small, focused teams Track team metrics and measure changes in user behavior, focusing on outcomes rather than tickets or roadmaps Give direct feedback regardless of seniority, raise blockers early, and challenge decisions when needed
Требования:
5+ Years of Product Management experience Experience shipping products used by real people and identifying the metrics they changed Understanding of product development, from discovery and user research to experimentation Ability to build and defend product strategies that solve user needs Experience building with AI, such as shipped products, agent workflows, or tools used by real users, at work or personally Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or similar, and understanding the AI product space and production readiness Experience building personal AI workflows that improve productivity and judging when to trust, edit, or reject AI output Ability to create a testable prototype from a user problem independently, with output good enough for a team to ship Consideration of privacy, safety, fairness, transparency, bias, and accountability when designing and shipping AI-enabled products; ability to assess AI-generated outputs and raise concerns about risks or limitations Ability to identify product opportunities, assess impact, and prioritize; design judgment; experience using AI coding tools to build real things and diagnose issues without depending on an engineer Data fluency, including interpreting metrics with healthy skepticism Belief in experimentation, fast shipping, and learning; familiarity with AB tests and interest in trying data science models Experience working on products where mistakes have real consequences for people Ability to overcome blockers, document genuine blockers, and work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset Fluent English Candidates who are not excited to stretch across design and engineering, have never built an AI prototype or shipped code, focus on delivery rather than impact, need certainty or a complete brief to start, or do not believe in fast learning and getting products to customers early are not a fit Будет плюсом: fintech or B2B experience, German
