That means more higher-value technical services, lifecycle and maintenance work, smart building and energy solutions, and recurring revenue. /p pThis is an opportunity for a commercially astute, hands‑on leader to shape the future of a complex, multi‑business organisation, strengthen operational performance and build sustainable, profitable growth. /p h3The Role: /h3 pWith full accountability for business performance, strategy and organisational development, the CEO will be responsible for: /p ul libStrategic growth: /b Developing and executing the growth strategy, strengthening the core project business and building services and recurring revenue. /li libCommercial performance: /b Improving margins, project delivery and customer relationships, and developing higher-value offerings. /li libOperational excellence: /b Driving productivity, standardisation and performance across multiple business units, while embedding digital capabilities. /li libLeadership and transformation: /b Building a high‑performing leadership team with strong accountability and collaboration. /li /ul h3The Candidate: /h3 pWe are seeking a CEO, Managing Director, Country or Regional GM, or equivalent senior leader from building technologies, ME engineering, infrastructure or technical services. /p pThe ideal candidate will demonstrate: /p ul liSignificant leadership experience in Hong Kong or Greater China. This is essential. /li liProven full PL leadership of a substantial engineering, ME or building-services business. /li liA track record of profitable growth, margin improvement and transformation, ideally including building a services or digital business. /li liStrong commercial judgement and long‑term relationships with developers, institutions and public‑sector clients. /li liExperience of strategic partnerships, acquisitions or business integration. /li liThe ability to combine strategic vision with a hands‑on, customer‑facing leadership style. /li /ul pThis appointment offers the chance to lead a substantial, established business through an important phase of change, with a clear mandate to strengthen its competitive position and create long‑term value. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
