Opportunity to join an international EV Charging solution company as Technical Support Engineer, support utility clients by email and visiting clients while necessary.
Location:
Remote, living in the south of Germany. or hybrid working , based in Hamburg office
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance for customers and third-party service providers to address technical issues related to DC fast charging and energy storage.
- Troubleshoot after-sales issues remotely or onsite and provide solutions for customers.
- Assist in planning, defining and performing training for customers and third-party service providers.
- Work with R&D, quality, and other departments to develop after-Sales solutions, or to investigate related issues and participate to continuous quality improvement.
- Use and help to develop after sales processes.
- Use and participate to improvement of the company tools like LMS, ticketing system.
- Provide technical support for bidding and projects.
- Visiting utility client in Stuttgart
- Visits to the Lab in Hamburg
This is who you are:
- Completed technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics or in Energy field.
- Class B EU driving license is necessary
- Language: German fluently, Proficient in English other languages is a plus.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior professional experience
- Passionate about electric vehicles, sustainable development, energy transition, or electrification.
- Additional points for experience in embedded systems or programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player, customer-oriented with the ability to provide solutions or proposals and communicate them.
