Technical Team Lead - German

An opportunity for an exceptional and experienced (Sr) Engineering Manager to join the German team of a leading European IPP with activities across all onshore technologies. You will be responsible for all engineering activities during development and construction phases of onshore projects (solar, BESS…). Act as technical lead on projects, supporting development from early stages to Financial Close and construction completion. Define project design and equipment based on site conditions and LCOE optimisation. 8-10+ years of experience in Solar PV/BESS, with a strong track record on large-scale projects in Europe. ~ Native in German and Fluent in English.
