WTG Lead Engineer

Overview

WTG Lead Engineering required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a responsible project management position in the field of infrastructure or energy projects, ideally with experience in supply contracts for offshore wind turbines.
• Sound technical background knowledge with in-depth knowledge of the design, manufacturing and installation processes of wind turbines.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in a highly dynamic environment.
• Sound technical knowledge of large electrical/mechanical systems.
• Reliable, structured way of working and process-oriented thinking.
• Willingness to travel.
