Interface Manager – Hydrogen, required for a major offshore wind developer based in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and management of the interfaces between various work packages, departments and external partners in the construction of an electrolysis plant for hydrogen production.
- Refine scope definitions by detailing project requirements and manage the interfaces.
- Ensuring smooth communication and cooperation between the project participants.
- Monitoring and controlling the progress of the project as well as identifying and solving interface problems.
- Preparation and maintenance of project plans, status reports and other relevant documentation.
- Keeping track of a project’s progress by coordinating the project scheduling activities.
- Preparation of regular meetings and workshops to coordinate and optimise project processes.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in engineering, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Certification by IPMA or PMI is desirable.
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of renewable energies or hydrogen production, especially in the construction of infrastructure projects.
- Sound knowledge in the coordination and control of projects and in interface management.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Confident handling of project management tools and MS Office.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
