Due to continuous growth of the business, we are currently looking for a
Chief Compliance Officer (m / f / d)
to join the international Legal and Compliance Team and to be based in the client’s HQ in the Stuttgart area. In this role you will shape the compliance organisation and develop, establish and implement the company’s compliance programme and policies. The position will report into the Group General Counsel.
You will be a fully qualified lawyer (Germany) with substantial, relevant experience and excellent understanding of compliance matters, corporate governance, and risk management. You will also have strong communication skills, high ethical standards, as well as very good leadership skills. Fluency in German and English is mandatory for this role.
