In-House Counsel to join its legal team in Munich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2 PQE onwards, to gain broad exposure across commercial contracts, employment law, compliance, and strategic business matters within a truly international environment.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including Saa S, software licensing, service agreements, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Advising business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Security, and Operations.
- Supporting employment law matters and wider legal compliance initiatives.
- Working closely with international teams across the EMEA region.
- Helping drive legal process improvements within a dynamic, technology-focused business.
- What We're Looking Fo
- German law degree with at least the
First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) .
- At least two years legal experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
- Fluent German and English.
- A proactive, business-oriented mindset.
- Interest in fashion or technology.
