(Senior) Web Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Develop and maintain analytics tracking solutions to capture user interactions across our clients’ web platforms.
• Implement advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms to monitor KPI performance.
• Implement server-side tagging solutions to capture data beyond client-side interactions and improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct thorough analysis of web traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve website performance, user engagement, and conversion funnel efficiency.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in web analytics, including emerging technologies and regulatory requirements, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the analytics infrastructure of the websites in our care.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Further web analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, technology partners and clients.
